SIM CHAPTERS CAN EARN FUNDING INCENTIVES BASED ON THE NUMBER OF CHAPTER REFERRALS MADE TO RLF IN 2026!

  PROGRAM DETAILS

• Awards are for new RLF participant names submitted after September 1, 2025. Offer is not retroactive to names submitted earlier than 9/1/25.
• The deadline for submission of names is the date the 2026 forum begins. 
• The SIM Chapter will receive the incentive award if:
  • The candidate’s registration is paid in full prior to the forum’s first session.
  • The candidate attends at least two RLF sessions.
  • The candidate / company does not request a registration cancellation refund.
• If the candidate moves from one forum to another during 2025, the incentive will be awarded to the chapter that initially referred the candidate.
• RLF will pay all incentive(s) to the Chapter on or around August 1, 2026.

NOTE: All other applicable discounts (SIM member, early bird, non-profit) are still available in combination with the 2025 Chapter referral incentives. 

PROCESS

1. Participating SIM Chapters must designate a specific Chapter Contact for the program to serve as a liaison with RLF’s administration.
2. Each SIM Chapter’s request to participate in the referral program must be made via email from a designated SIM Chapter Contact to SLIsupport@simnet.org -- naming the new candidate and the forum the candidate is registering for.
3. SLI Support will process / track the request by:

• Confirming the email request came from a designated SIM Chapter Contact.
• Confirming the candidate is not an existing participant.
• Adding a comment to the registration record that identifies the candidate + chapter as part of the 2025 incentive program. 
• Sending a confirmation email to the Chapter Contact submitting the name.

FOOTNOTES

1. The Chapter incentive will not qualify if the candidate name was previously submitted by an RLF sales representative, RLF facilitator, or RLF Alumni.  
2. Candidate names submitted from RLF's traditionally large corporate sponsors (CVS, Pfizer, CarMax, etc.) will be discussed with RLF Directors if a chapter requests an incentive award.
