KEVIN RYAN -- Program Leader
Kevin Ryan was a longtime facilitator for SIM’s RLF program and is a former Director of the SIM Leadership Institute. He graduated from RLF in 2000 and has been involved with SIM at the Chapter and National level since then. Kevin has extensive executive experience in business and technology at the senior management level. He has owned his own eCommerce business, was VP at three Fortune 500 companies and has extensive leadership experience in civic and community roles.
CHRIS PUTUR -- Program Leader
Chris Putur is a strategic business executive with leadership experience in multiple global organizations. She served as the CIO for two global, iconic brands and was EVP of technology and operations for the nation’s largest outdoor consumer co-op. She currently is an independent board member for Information Services Group and RealTruck. Chris is a 1999 RLF grad and popular guest speaker. Throughout her career, Chris led organizations to create compelling customer experiences, drive revenue growth and optimize business operations.
