Saby Waraich is a keynote speaker, CIO, and CISO who helps leaders turn complexity into clarity—and inspiration into action. Based in the Portland, Oregon area, Saby currently serves as Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at Clackamas Community College, where he leads enterprise technology strategy, cybersecurity, governance, stakeholder engagement, and team development in support of mission and student success.
Known for high-energy, highly practical sessions, Saby blends real-world executive leadership with proven frameworks audiences can apply immediately. His work spans digital transformation, leadership, and cyber resilience, and he’s delivered 250+ events worldwide—from interactive workshops to large-scale keynotes. Saby is also the author of SCARE to CARES: Leading Digital Transformations Without Chaos and is recognized for thought leadership in IT leadership, business strategy, and project management.
Within the Society for Information Management (SIM), Saby is an active community builder—serving as President of SIM Portland and contributing nationally in marketing and sponsorship leadership. Whether he’s guiding teams through high-stakes change, helping executives build trust and momentum, or making a room come alive with humor and participation, Saby’s goal is consistent: equip leaders to lead calmly, communicate clearly, and deliver measurable results when the work gets messy.
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 1 (12:00 - 1:00 PM ET)
Antonio Taylor is a seasoned technology executive, author, public speaker, and board member with more than 26 years of experience spanning healthcare, enterprise IT, infrastructure, security, and executive leadership. He has built his career at the intersection of technology strategy, risk management, and organizational accountability—helping leaders make clearer, more confident decisions in moments that matter most.
Antonio’s work today centers on a modern reality: most organizations don’t have a technology problem—they have an ownership problem. When accountability is unclear, transformation stalls, investments misalign, and risk quietly compounds. His approach helps executives move from “performing leadership” to owning leadership—with clarity, discipline, and integrity.
Antonio partners with individuals, business leaders, and organizations to strengthen leadership alignment and build practical capability in AI. He teaches the principles that make AI useful—not theoretical—helping teams implement AI responsibly, improve decision-making, increase execution speed, and create real operational leverage without compromising trust or integrity.
He is the author of Stop Trying to Be a Leader, a book that challenges conventional leadership narratives and reframes leadership not as a role to perform, but as an identity to claim. The book draws from Antonio’s journey—from hands-on technical roles to executive and board-level leadership—and reflects his emphasis on self-leadership, decision ownership, and leading without masks.
Beyond his client work, Antonio remains deeply engaged in the leadership community through board service, public speaking, and involvement with the Society for Information Management (SIM). Known for his calm presence, thoughtful perspective, and practical wisdom, he brings a grounded voice to conversations about leadership, technology, and what it means to lead well in today’s high-pressure environment.
